Allow a moment to savour the bounty and beauty of summer... Let us come together to craft with flowers and weave with our hearts! Your guide, Stacey Keay, has curated this experience centred around plants and all of their incredible power. Within the day you will have the chance to dye your own fabrics, explore the basics of making and using organic dyes and natural inks, plus delve into the curiosity of print-making with botanicals. - Deepen your understanding of working with colours from the earth - Express these soft craft skills onto fabrics and paper - Create a vocabulary with flowers which you can then use in projects at home This day course will include refreshing herbal infusions and locally foraged snacks. Parking at the Gower Heritage Centre is included in the ticket price. There is a cafe and bakery on site, plus the wonders of our living museum. If you are visiting the Gower for the first time, we are also surrounded by historical ancient woodland and the awe-inspiring Three Cliff Bay is a short walk away. These personal tuition sessions offer a focused, in-depth practical learning experience, to suit your individual needs, interest or to work on a project of your choice, at a time which suits your schedule.
