We Are Woven is visiting the Petallica Flower Farm for a summer collaboration! Join botanical artist Stacey for this captivating experience, delving into the language of plant pigments from a garden full of the most poetic blooms. You will have opportunity to collect your own bouquet from the Petallica patch, with guidance on which ones hold the most powerful expressions for printing. We will then gather as a group to explore mordanting techniques, how to extract pigments using steam and experiment with seasonal inks to add to your creations. This is a perfect introduction to the expressive world of flowers. A refreshing herbal infusion will be provided and all artwork is yours to take home!
