What to expect...

'I'm with the Wild' Sunday 14th September | 11am – 6pm Gower Peninsula Step out of the everyday and into something deeper. Earth artist Stacey Keay invites you to a nourishing day retreat on the wild and immersive Gower Peninsula — a day to slow down and connect with the rhythms of nature. We’ll begin with a woodland walk, welcoming stillness and sensory awareness as we journey through ancient trees and trickling streams. Along the way, you will receive gentle foraging guidance, for snacking and crafts, discovering the allies and gifts growing all around us. We’ll then gather at the greenhouse for a replenishing lunch, made with locally sourced ingredients and served with herbal infusion tea and cake. The afternoon unfolds with a botanical art workshop, where you’ll explore the textures and colours of the land through intuitive creativity. We’ll be designing silk ribbons decorated with local wild plants — perfect for altars or adorning your head this summer. You’ll then be invited to take a short break to explore Parkmill, before we travel to Oxwich Bay for a deeply restorative sauna session with Ty Sawna. Once there, we’ll share a wild sea dip — a moment to release the day and cleanse the body. Closing the day with a grounding fire on the beach — a space for reflection and heartfelt celebration. The fire will be lit after the sauna with a cup of mushroom hot chocolate if you'd like to wind down the day together. There is an open end to the day, so you can go home once you are ready. This retreat is designed to gently weave together presence, creativity, and community in a truly elemental way.
